About the Role

We’re looking for a high-level, trend-aware Video Editor & Motion/VFX Creative who understands modern social media content - not someone who simply cuts footage and adds captions.

You’ll create scroll-stopping, high-retention videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.





We want someone who understands Gen-Z visual language, modern editing trends, motion graphics, VFX, storytelling, hooks, pacing and performance creative.

What You'll Do

> Edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, Shorts and social ads
> Create attention-grabbing first 1-3 second hooks
> Use modern transitions, motion graphics, typography and visual effects
> Create VFX/compositing where appropriate
> Turn raw footage into multiple creative variations for testing
> Edit UGC, talking-head, product, service and direct-response content
> Create videos designed specifically for retention and conversions
> Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines while bringing your own creative ideas
> Research current TikTok, Instagram and YouTube editing trends
> Develop current creative concepts rather than waiting for instructions
> Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets
> Work closely with marketing
