As a member of the corporate controllership team, the Sr. Corporate Financial Analyst will support key centralized corporate accounting functions and compliance activities.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for corporate ledgers utilizing our Plex ERP system.
Prepare journal entries as part of the monthly close process.
Develop timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis for multiple plants
Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans for the business.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and work with external auditors as needed.
Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
Demonstrate thought leadership in process improvements,
system enhancements and development of analytical tools to support a more streamlined financial reporting function and better analytics.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities for corporate and each of the US-based facilities.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent education and experience.
5 years of experience in accounting field.
At least 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or accounting firm.
Experience in a large accounting firm preferred.
CPA preferred.
Experience with ERP systems a must – experience with Plex is preferred.
