ADRI is also working on impact-focused knowledge management via institutionalizing, showcasing, and facilitating quality and sustainable evidence-based learning through research and action across diverse sectors – Health, Education, Livelihood, Climate Sustainability, Gender Equality, Development,



Finance and allied sectors along with intersectoral linkages for multiple partners and diverse stakeholders.

ADRI is looking to hire field associates for different projects in Bihar.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits across Bihar
Data collection (quantitative & qualitative)
Field documentation & reporting
Support surveys, FGDs & interviews
Ensure data quality and timely reporting
Use mobile-based data collection tools

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Knowledge of local language(s)
Willingness to travel extensively
Willingness to work as a team member
Abide by the institutional standard working protocols of data collection

Remuneration

Rs 20,000 per month (Consolidated).

Contract Duration

6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
