The role:
As the GTM Recruiter, you'll be responsible to scale our go-to-market (GTM) organization, with a primary focus on working closely with Sales Leadership and the broader Recruiting team to build and hire high-performing sales team members. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting functions, from top-of-funnel sourcing through offer and close, while managing multiple searches in parallel across several offices.
Responsibilities:
Proactively support GTM Roles like SDRs, Demand Gen, as well as various G&A; role like Finance and Ops to build and maintain strong hiring pipelines
Own full-cycle recruiting for roles,



including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines
Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS
Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health
Skills and qualifications:
Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with explicit performance expectations
Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently
Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
Prior experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Channel, Customer-facing teams) is a plus
