8+ years of experience in Synon development.
Solid programming skills in RPGLE and CLLE.
Experience with DB2/400 and SQL on IBMi.
Experience with RxClaim is must.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in complex systems.
Experience in creating technical documentation and unit test plans.
Exposure to change management tools (e.g., TurnOver, Aldon) is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
