JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision and applying knowledge gained with experience, begins
functioning as a technical specialist. Continues to build on experience and gain
more in depth knowledge working on larger and more complex assignments. May
start to expand knowledge into other disciplines and/or functional areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* The ideal candidate must be familiar with AutoCAD/Revit/BIM design




environment and have an ability and interest to engage in a variety of
responsibilities to ensure we safely deliver projects that meet or exceed
client expectations. To do so effectively, candidates must be able to
problem-solve and deal with ambiguous scopes to provide clients with flexible
solutions on a fast-paced schedule. Additionally, a successful candidate
must possess professional written and verbal communication skills.

* Support efforts to deliver detailed design of large-scale data center
environments while following all company, client and project design; be a
team player dedicated to these design deliverables.
* Perform project tasks and assignments within budgeted hours and deadlines.
Incorporate project criteria into physical design and layouts.
* Possess a willingness to function in multiple assignments simultaneously.
* Incorporate design risk factors for redundancy and resiliency.
