help banks, NBFCs, fintechs and insurers automate customer conversations across
sales, collections, service and other high-volume use cases.
Our platform combines Voice AI Agents and Voice Analytics to help enterprises
improve customer experience, drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.
We are looking for a Presales Manager who can work closely with our Sales and
Delivery teams to translate complex customer problems into compelling AI-led
solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Own the presales lifecycle from discovery and solutioning to proposal, demo,
POC and handover to Delivery.
* Partner closely with Sales teams to understand customer business problems and
build solution-led pitches.
* Conduct discovery sessions with senior stakeholders across banks, NBFCs,
fintechs and insurers.
* Design solutions using Voice AI / Conversational AI / Agentic AI for use
cases such as collections, customer service, sales and verification.
* Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution presentations
and POCs tailored to customer requirements.
* Translate business requirements into solution architecture, workflows,
conversational journeys and implementation requirements.
* Work with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to assess technical
feasibility, integrations and effort estimates.
