Job Description:
Must Have:
1. Office 365 Administration
2. Exchange Online / MS Teams /Archiving & Journaling Solution
3. Exchange 2010 / 2013
4. Basic Understanding of Email Gateway
5. Solid troubleshooting skill at L2 levels
6. Good Communication / Ready to work in Rotational Night shift
Good to Have:
1. ADFS Server / ADFS proxy
2. ADConnect/Dir Sync
3. Powershell Scripting
4.Active Directory
Responsibilities:-
Manage Office 365/Exchange mailboxes and One Drive for Business/
Troubleshooting of Mailbox / sharedmailbox / Conference Room Issues
Troubleshooting of Mailflow issue/Archiving & Journalling
DirSync issue - Troubleshooting
MS Teams- Troubleshooting
