About the role:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Art Director / Creative Lead who can transform business objectives, briefs, and ideas into high-impact, visually compelling creative communications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with advertising/creative agencies, understand industry-standard creative practices, and have the ability to take a concept from idea → visual direction → creative execution.
This role requires someone who is not only an excellent visual thinker but also understands brands, audiences, the industry, and communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Concept & Art Direction
Develop original creative concepts and visual ideas based on business and communication objectives.
Lead the art direction for campaigns across digital, social media, print, video and other communication platforms.
Translate abstract ideas and marketing briefs into solid, engaging visual concepts.
Establish the visual tone, style, composition, imagery,



typography and overall creative direction.
Ensure that creative outputs are visually distinctive, relevant and aligned with brand guidelines.
2. Creative Execution
Create and supervise eye-catching, high-quality creative assets for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Work across multiple formats including:
Social media campaigns
Digital advertisements
Brand campaigns
Print creatives
Presentations
Videos and motion graphics
Marketing collaterals
Event/stall branding
Internal and external communications
Maintain high standards of design quality, visual consistency and attention to detail.
3. Agency & Campaign Experience
Bring strong experience from advertising/creative agencies and understand professional agency workflows.
Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple campaigns and tight deadlines without compromising creative quality.
