Role: Sr. Business Development Executive – US Staffing (MSP / VMS / Direct Clients)Location: Onsite(100 feet Road, Madhapur)Job Summary: Looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our US Staffing business. You’ll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business. This role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities. Key Responsibilities:• Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients.• Generate leads through calls, emails, Linked In, and your existing network.• Handle the sales cycle — from leads to conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure.• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers.• Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilled.• Grow accounts and drive repeat business.• Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularly.



Performance Expectations:• Build a solid pipeline and keep it moving.• Turn conversations into signed agreements (MSA/vendor onboarding).• Start getting requirements from clients early on.• Bring in and grow a few active client accounts.• Maintain consistency in adding new business. Required Skills:• 2–5 years of experience in US IT staffing business development.• Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients.• Solid communication and relationship-building skills.• Ability to manage the sales cycle independently.• Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.
