Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Senior Developer with
strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity
Management (BCM), and Security Operations (SecOps) to lead the architecture,
design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow
solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on platform expertise, solid
solutioning capability, and the ability to translate governance, resilience,
risk, and cyber-security requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows,
integrations, and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design

* Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and technical delivery for
ServiceNow implementations across IRM, BCM, and SecOps.
* Define scalable, secure, and maintainable platform architecture, development
standards, governance controls, and integration patterns.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders,



cyber-security teams, risk/compliance
teams, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into technical
solutions.
* Provide technical leadership for enterprise ServiceNow implementations and
enhancements.
* Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, platform governance,
performance optimization, and scalability.

Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

* Architect and implement ServiceNow IRM / GRC solutions including:
* Risk Management
* Policy & Compliance
* Audit Management
* Regulatory Change Management
* Configure risk registers, controls, entity frameworks, indicators, issue
management, and remediation workflows.
* Automate governance, risk, and compliance processes for improved audit
readiness and enterprise visibility.
* Support integration of IRM processes with CMDB, business applications, and
operational data.

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

* Design and implement BCM capa
