JOB OVERVIEW

WRS Health is seeking a strategic and results-driven Strategic Sales Executive
to drive growth by helping healthcare organizations transform their clinical,
operational, and financial performance through innovative software and
AI-powered solutions.

This is a Strategic Sales Executive role focused on complex consultative
engagements with physician groups, specialty practices, practice management
organizations, and healthcare executives. The ideal candidate is a trusted
advisor who can uncover business challenges, navigate multi-stakeholder buying
processes, and articulate the value of EHR, Practice Management, RCM, analytics,
and AI technologies in a highly regulated healthcare setting.

Success in this role requires strong business acumen,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC CONSULTATIVE SELLING

* Build executive-level relationships with physicians, practice administrators,
healthcare executives, and operational leaders.
* Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clinical, financial,
operational, and technical challenges.
* Develop tailored solution strategies that align WRS Health capabilities with
customer objectives and measurable business outcomes.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and executive presentations focused
on ROI, workflow transformation, revenue optimization, and operational
efficiency.
* Lead opportunities through the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting
and qualification through negotiation, contracting, and close.
