Your key responsibilities
Technical Requirement
* Positive understanding of private equity concepts, investment structures, and how
private equity transactions are executed, with the ability to support deal
teams on related legal and commercial matters.
* Confident in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial
agreements while balancing legal risk with business objectives.
* Strong grasp of key contractual provisions such as indemnities, intellectual
property rights, data protection, confidentiality obligations, limitation of
liability, and AI-related terms and conditions.
* Experience in handling SaaS and technology agreements, including advising on
subscription models, software licensing, service commitments, customer and
vendor obligations, termination rig
