About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their careers in sales, marketing, and business development. You will receive hands-on training while working on lead generation, digital marketing, client communication, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
Assist the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
General
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams.
Learn about company products, services, and industry trends.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Perform administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations.

Requirements
