Achieve Revenue Targ
ets Generate Revenue for Edme & achieve assigned OD targets by Maintaining penetration, new channel acquisition, increasing Average Ticket Size and renewal retention targ ets Call periodic meetings with the dealerships (Dealer Principle/ Insurance/sales/workshop Teams) and insurers for critical issue resolution, engagement and revi ew. Circulate and initiate dialogues around dealer performance MIS to all the dealers and sales heads for tracking regions of growth/ de-growth and partners’ profitabili ty. Dealership Relationship Managem
ent Maintain effective & value adding relationships with all stakeholde rs. Create win-win situations for all business stakeholde rs. Ensure timely MISP fees disbursement to dealer partne rs. Periodically Visit dealership sites, workshops and maintain formal as well as informal network with th em. Resolve dealer queries,
B2 B partner queries and escalate issues to the Regional Head / Program Manager B2 B, as & when requir ed. Coordinate & maintain relations with the insurers to ensure smooth and hassle free claim settlemen ts. Take feedback from the dealerships / B2 B partners on the services and that of the insurance companies to ensure end customer satisfaction and consistent improvement in the services offe red Train
ing Impart trainings on Basics of Insurance, motor insurance & regulatory guidelines to dealer sales & workshops executiv es. Training on customized products and their advantages to customers/deale rs. Resolve all product & service related queries and escalate issues as & when requir
