Job Title: Franchise Operations Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Organization: Brainy Bear Play School Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive franchise expansion and educational product (books) sales for Brainy Bears Play School. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in franchise sales, book publishing/distribution, or education sector sales, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:1. Franchise Development:• Identify and generate leads for new franchise opportunities across targeted regions• Conduct meetings, presentations, and site evaluations for prospective franchisees• Drive end-to-end franchise sales cycle (lead generation → negotiation → closure)• Ensure proper onboarding and support to recent franchise partners2. Book Sales & Distribution:• Promote and sell Brainy Bears curriculum books and learning materials• Develop and manage distribution networks (schools, vendors,



dealers)• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for books and educational products• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business3.
