The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing sales strategies, managing channel partners, leading the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement from lead generation through project closure. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for residential villa projects. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants to generate quality leads. Drive direct sales through walk-ins, referrals, digital campaigns, corporate tie-ups, and events. Monitor the complete sales cycle, from inquiry management and site visits to booking,



documentation, and handover coordination. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences to recommend effective sales strategies. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, project launches, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives. Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining high service standards throughout the buying journey. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for management review. Collaborate with legal, finance, CRM, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and timely customer communication. Recruit, train, and motivate sales professionals to build a high-performing sales organization.
