We are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end SAP PP implementations , system enhancements , production planning processes, and integration with other SAP modules. The candidate should be capable of working directly with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP PP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end SAP PP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP functional solutions.
- Configure SAP PP functionalities including:
- Material Master
- BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Work Centers
- Routings
- Production Versions
- MRP
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Control




- Work on enhancements , change requests, and continuous process improvements.
- Perform gap analysis and provide functional design documents for custom developments.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
- Execute SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, QM, PM, and WM/EWM.
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and provide end-user training.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of SAP PP functional consulting experience.
- Strong experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP PP implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience in enhancement and support projects.
- Solid knowledge of Production Planning and Manufacturing processes.
- Experience in configuration and customization of SAP PP.
- Expertise in MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
- Experience with functional specifications for custom developments.
- Positive understanding of SAP integration with MM, SD, QM, PM, and WM/EWM.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
