JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer / Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, static designs, animations, and visual content .

The candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and advertisements .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing, social media, websites, and branding.
- Edit and enhance short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Create static designs, social media creatives, banners, posters, and promotional graphics .
- Develop creative concepts and transform ideas into visually appealing motion and static designs .
- Create 2D animations, typography animations, transitions, promotional videos, and reels .
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand creative requirements.
- Ensure all designs and videos are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives .
- Create content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels .
- Make creative revisions based on feedback and deliver high-quality final assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design, video editing, graphic design, and social media trends .

REQUIREMENTS

- 0–1 year of experience in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Graphic Designing, Animation, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio/showreel are encouraged to apply.




- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, static designs, social media creatives, and creative visual content .
- Good proficiency in Adobe After Effects .
- Good proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro .
- Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .
- Understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, transitions, and visual storytelling .
- Basic understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings .
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, and digital advertisements .
- Knowledge of 2D motion graphics and basic character animation .
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Animate, Blender, Canva, or other design/motion tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Freepik AI, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of sound synchronization, audio editing, and video compositing .
- Understanding of current digital-first, social media, and visual design trends .
- Experience with static social media creatives, banners, posters, and marketing designs is an added advantage.
