Skills Required

- SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) configuration & customization
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience
- End-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process knowledge
- Experience in pricing, billing, shipping, and sales order processing
- Integration knowledge with MM (Material Management) and FI (Finance) modules
- Experience in handling support, incidents, and change requests
- Solid knowledge of IDocs, EDI, and interfaces
- Ability to write functional specifications for developments
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD
- Business requirement gathering and stakeholder communication
- Debugging knowledge (basic ABAP understanding)
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps in SD
- Experience in global rollouts or implementation projects
- Knowledge of SD-related reporting and analytics
- Leadership or team handling experience
- Exposure to other modules like CRM or TM
- Certification in SAP SD
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
