Job Description – SAP FICO

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support SAP FICO solutions in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Work on Financial Accounting (FI) modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Manage Controlling (CO) processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and provide end-to-end SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, custom developments, interfaces, and reports.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformation projects.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Provide production support and ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational standards.
- Conduct user training and prepare business process documentation.

Required Skills





- Robust experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Good knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA, and Product Costing.
- Experience with financial closing activities, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and support activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

✅ 5 to 15 years of overall IT experience

✅ Relevant experience in SAP FICO

✅ Experience in Implementation, Support, Upgrade, Rollout, or Transformation Projects

✅ SAP S/4HANA Finance project experience preferred
