We are hiring for one of our premium clients and are looking for an experienced Middleware Upgrade Specialist with robust expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, SOA, and OBIEE upgrades and migrations .

Location: Hyderabad/Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office)

Shift: General Shift

Experience: 5–6+ Years

Requirement: Candidates must have 1–2 end-to-end Middleware Upgrade implementation projects

Must Have Skills:

- Oracle Fusion Middleware (11g/12c)
- WebLogic Server Administration
- Oracle SOA Suite
- OBIEE

Key Skills Required:

- Middleware Upgrades & Critical Patch Updates (CPU)
- Performance Tuning
- Infrastructure Migration (VMware / VM to Hyper-V)
- WLST, Jython,



or Bash Scripting
- Troubleshooting & Production Support

What You’ll Do:

- Plan and execute end-to-end middleware upgrades and patching activities
- Administer Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, SOA Suite, and OBIEE environments
- Optimize JVM parameters, connection pools, and overall system performance
- Support infrastructure migrations and platform modernization initiatives
- Troubleshoot complex middleware issues and ensure high availability
- Prepare runbooks, upgrade guides, architecture documentation, and post-migration reports
