Business Centre Manager for Sales ( Mandatory Business center Experience)

Spacion Business Centre is a premium workspace provider with over 15 years of presence in HITEC City. We offer private offices, coworking spaces, virtual offices, and meeting rooms. We are looking for a driven and client-focused Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and drive occupancy across all workspace offerings

• Handle client inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) and conduct office tours

• Negotiate lease terms and close deals efficiently

• Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and referrals

• Manage sales pipeline and meet targets consistently

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (preferably in coworking, business centre)

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent communication in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus)

• Qualified, presentable, and client-oriented

• Familiarity with MS Office and digital platforms like LinkedIn/WhatsApp Business
