Essential

1. Academic/Professional Qualification:

BE / B. Tech — (IT / IS / Computer Science) / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science/Systems)/ MBA (Systems)

SAP B1 Certification (Preferred)

1. Length of Experience: 4-8 years as SAP B1 Techno-Functional Consultant
2. Technical skill required:
3. Deep understanding of the SAP B1 HANA architecture
4. Familiarity with Service Layer and Web Client
5. Knowledge of SAP B1 Software Development Kit (SDK), SQL queries, HANA Dashboard and Crystal Reports.
6. Strong SQL scripting skills (especially for SAP HANA SQL)
7. Understanding of SAP B1 Service Layer (REST API) for web integrations.
8. Excellent proB1em-solving and communication skills.
9. Experience with Add-on development or integration.
10. Knowledge of Boyum IT (B1UP, CRM etc.), B1 iF (Business One Integration Framework) or other common SAP B1 add-ons.
11. Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes
12. Exposure to industries like manufacturing, retail or distribution

Job Description (Role & Responsibilities):

1. Implement and configure SAP Business One modules (Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory,

Production etc.)

1. Analyse business processes and provide SAP B I-based solutions.
2. Perform gap analysis and document functional specifications.
3. Support data migration, testing, training and go-live activities.
4. TrouB1eshoot and resolve SAP B1 issues (functional and/or technical).
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
6.



Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements.
7. Develop reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports, SAP B1 tools or third-party reporting tools. Coordinate with business team, external vendors, partners and internal IT teams.

Role Purpose:

To provide functional and technical support for the SAP Business One (SAP B1) ERP systems across the Company's overseas subsidiaries, ensuring smooth business operations, process standardization, system optimization and timely issue resolution. The role will coordinate with global business users, implementation partners and internal IT teams to support ERP enhancements, integrations, reporting, statutory compliance, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide functional and technical support for SAP Business One across foreign subsidiaries.
2. Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production).
3. Resolve user issues and coordinate with implementation partners/vendors.
4. Support ERP enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data management.
5. Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and ensure process standardization.
6. Ensure system availability, compliance, and smooth business operations.

Skills

Essential

1. 4—8 years of SAP Business One implementation/support experience.
2. Solid knowledge of SAP B1 modules and manufacturing processes.
3. Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and SAP B1 administration.
4. Good analytical, proB1em-solving, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work with global users and cross-functional teams.

1. SAP Business One Certification.
2. Experience with SAP HANA, B1 iF, DTW, and third-party integrations.
3. Knowledge of Power BI/Qlik Sense and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
