- Robust experience in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling).
- Hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Good knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of financial closing processes and reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance environment.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in FSCM, Treasury, or COPA.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Migration projects.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
- Basic SAP ABAP debugging knowledge.
- Experience working in support and implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance and Controlling processes.
- Configure and support SAP FICO solutions.
- Manage financial accounting and controlling processes within SAP.
- Work closely with business users to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Perform testing, documentation, and user support activities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of SAP FICO functional experience.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
