Job Description – SAP MDG

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions across business domains.
- Implement and enhance SAP MDG for Customer, Vendor, Material, Business Partner, and Financial master data.
- Develop and maintain data governance processes, workflows, validation rules, and approval mechanisms.
- Configure Data Models, Change Request Types, Business Rules Framework Plus (BRF+), and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide MDG-based solutions.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration, master data transformation, and data quality initiatives.
- Perform master data consolidation, data replication, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Conduct testing, defect resolution, user training, and production support activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance compliance, and adherence to SAP best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in SAP MDG implementation and support projects.




- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG Data Models, Change Requests, Workflows, and BRF+.
- Experience in MDG-M (Material), MDG-S (Supplier), MDG-C (Customer), and Business Partner governance.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Master Data processes and integration.
- Experience with Data Replication Framework (DRF), SOA Services, and ALE/IDoc integrations.
- Understanding of SAP Data Quality Management and Master Data Consolidation.
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP, Fiori, and workflow customization is an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

✅ 5 to 15 years of overall IT experience

✅ Relevant experience in SAP MDG

✅ Experience in Implementation, Support, Upgrade, Rollout, or Transformation Projects

✅ SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance experience preferred
