Looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Data Entry & Office Assistant .

Role: Real Estate Data Entry & Office Assistant

Location: Kolkata (Near Kalikapur Croma) — On-site

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 / month

Schedule: Full time (Weekly Off: Wednesday)

Location Preference: Candidates residing within ~20 minutes of Kalikapur Croma.

What You’ll Be Doing: • Enter & update property listings in Google Sheets / MS Excel.

• Organize and categorize property photos, videos, floor plans, and documents.

• Coordinate and share property details with clients via WhatsApp Web and email.

• Handle basic online research, file management, and routine digital office tasks.

Who We Are Looking For:



• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, internet browsers, and email.

• Good attention to detail with accurate data handling.

• Clear written English comprehension and professional communication.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred). Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
