We’re Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to join our team and contribute to the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience delivering SuccessFactors Compensation solutions in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Work as an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant , collaborating with HR, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
- Configure compensation processes including merit, bonus, stock, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and worksheets .
- Support integrations between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and user training.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process documentation, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, continuous improvements, and issue resolution.




- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, features, and best practices .
- Participate in implementation, support, and enhancement activities within Agile delivery environments .
- Contribute to pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and proposal support, where required.
- Support and develop expertise across additional SAP SuccessFactors modules as business needs evolve.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources , or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation .
- Strong techno-functional knowledge with the ability to work effectively with HR and business stakeholders.
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification or certification in a related SuccessFactors module is required.
- Robust understanding of business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and technical solution delivery .
- Experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations .
- Good knowledge of Compensation and Variable Pay processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution demonstrations, or proposal support is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to learn and support additional SAP SuccessFactors modules .
