Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for an Information Technology Support Engineer at Ecorework in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, system administration, and help desk support.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Hands on experience of OKTA, OAuth, SAML
- Workflow automation using OKTA, SAML, and Ticketing tool.
- Information Technology and System Administration skills
- Help Desk Support experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred candidate profile
- Has experience in OKTA and JAMF
- Has experience in GSuite and MacOS, FreshService Ticketing tool and Network setup and configurations.
- Hunger to learn, Figuring it out attitude
- Problem-solving ability, ability to work with management
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
