ServiceNow Architect – Enterprise Platforms (Multi-Module)

10–18+ Years (7+ Years in ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design)

Pan India Requirement.

This role requires deep expertise across the ServiceNow ecosystem, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, Service Portal, Employee Center, IntegrationHub, App Engine, and AI-driven capabilities .

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

- Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Lead platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to maximize platform adoption and business value.

Solution Architecture & Design

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Create high-level and low-level solution architecture documents.
- Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise technology standards.
- Conduct design reviews and architecture governance sessions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.

ITSM Architecture

- Architect solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
- Drive ITIL-aligned service management transformations.
- Optimize workflows and service delivery processes.

ITOM & CMDB Architecture

- Define architecture for CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
- Establish CMDB governance and data quality frameworks.
- Design service-aware infrastructure and operational visibility solutions.
- Lead cloud and hybrid infrastructure integrations.

ITAM Architecture

- Design Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) solutions.
- Create asset lifecycle governance frameworks.
- Enable software compliance, optimization, and cost-management strategies.

HRSD Architecture

- Architect HR service delivery and employee experience solutions.
- Design employee lifecycle event frameworks.
- Enable automation across HR operations and employee services.

Customer Service Management (CSM)

- Design customer engagement and case management solutions.
- Implement omnichannel customer experiences.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow and CRM platforms.





GRC / IRM / SecOps Architecture

- Design enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and security operations solutions.
- Implement policy, risk, control, audit, and compliance frameworks.
- Architect SecOps, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response capabilities.

Platform Governance & Best Practices

- Establish ServiceNow CoE (Center of Excellence) standards.
- Define development, release, and environment management processes.
- Ensure platform compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Conduct code quality, architecture, and security reviews.

Integrations & Automation

- Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.
- Design integration frameworks with enterprise applications including:
- Microsoft 365
- Azure
- AWS
- SAP
- Salesforce
- Workday
- Jira
- Monitoring & Security Tools
- Lead automation initiatives leveraging Flow Designer and App Engine.

AI & Innovation

- Drive adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities including:

- Identify opportunities for automation and generative AI implementation.
- Develop innovation roadmaps to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

- Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations.
- Guide implementation teams on best practices and platform optimization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting abilities.
