SAP ABAP Consultant

Education: BE/BTech/BA or relevant qualification

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP and S/4HANA development . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP ABAP experience and robust exposure to modern SAP development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP applications across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.
- Develop Reports, Enhancements, Interfaces, Conversions, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW) .
- Develop and maintain CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, RAP, BAPIs, User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework solutions.
- Work on print programs, forms, and SAP Output Management solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Follow SAP development standards, coding best practices, and quality guidelines.





Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

- Core ABAP
- Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP)
- SAP S/4HANA ABAP Development
- CDS Views / CDS-based Development
- OData Services
- ABAP Enhancement Framework
- BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits & Enhancements
- Reports and ALV
- Interfaces: RFC, BAPI, IDoc and Web Services
- ABAP Debugging & Performance Optimization

- Dialog Programming
- Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms
- SAP Workflow
- Data Dictionary
- BDC, LSMW, Data Migration, and File-based Interfaces
- ALE, Proxy, SOAP, REST, and SAP Gateway
- AMDP and Code Pushdown Techniques
- SAP Fiori/UI5 Integration Concepts
- SAP HANA Database Concepts
- SQL Trace and Runtime Analysis
