Key Responsibilities
• Handle cashless approvals, pre-authorizations, and claim coordination with TPAs & insurance companies.
• Manage hospital empanelments and follow up on approvals.
• Coordinate with hospital teams for smooth admissions and discharges.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on portal
• Coordinate with insurer for smooth settlement.
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with strong learning ability may also apply.
• Positive English communication and computer skills.
• Candidates with a stable local residence will be preferred.
• Experience in TPA, health insurance, hospital billing, or cashless processing preferred.
