Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and clients
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality
- Coordinate with various departments to meet guest requirements efficiently
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives
- Maintain guest records and follow up on customer feedback
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest engagement and loyalty
- Support events, VIP visits, and special guest arrangements
- Ensure smooth communication between guests and internal teams
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Qualified appearance and customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and guest management systems is preferred
