About the Role:
DigiFortex Technologies is hiring an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a strategic Digital Onboarding & KYC Transformation Program for a banking client.
The role will focus on target-state architecture, architecture assessment, design review, integration, governance, and stakeholder management across business, application, data, technology, and security domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture
Define and govern target-state architecture, architecture blueprints, standards, and roadmaps .
Assess existing onboarding platforms, processes, applications, and technology architecture.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct architecture and solution design reviews.
Digital Onboarding:
Design and review end-to-end digital onboarding and customer journeys .
Cover KYC/eKYC, AML, digital identity verification, CDD, digital forms, workflows, e-signatures, and customer communications .
Identify opportunities for process automation and customer experience improvement.
Integration & Technology Architecture:
Define integration architecture across Core Banking, Web/Mobile, IAM, KYC platforms, third-party services, APIs, and middleware .
Provide guidance on API, microservices, event-driven, cloud-native, and Low-Code/No-Code architectures .
Review system integrations, data flows, dependencies, and scalability.
Data, Security & Governance:
Define and review data models, data flows, and integration standards .
Ensure alignment with security, privacy, data governance, and regulatory requirements .




Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and IAM teams.
Drive architecture governance and ensure adherence to approved standards.
AI & Emerging Technologies:
Identify opportunities to use AI and automation for onboarding, document processing, decision-making, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
Evaluate emerging technologies and their integration into enterprise architecture.
Required Skills & Experience:
~6-10 years of IT experience , including 3–5+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture .
Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and digital transformation .
Experience in Digital Onboarding, KYC/eKYC, AML, customer journeys, and digital channels .
Robust knowledge of Application, Integration, API, Data, Cloud, and IAM architecture .
Experience with banking, BFSI, fintech, telecom, or other regulated industries .
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with architecture blueprints, roadmaps, standards, and governance .
Exposure to AI, automation, Low-Code/No-Code, and event-driven architecture is preferred.
TOGAF or equivalent certification is an advantage.
GCC/Middle East experience is an advantage.
