Growth Lead Location: Mumbai
About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Lead to own and accelerate the next phase of growth for a fast-growing consumer brand in the D2C and omnichannel space.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine growth strategy, performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall growth charter, including acquisition, conversion, retention and repeat.
Develop and execute the growth strategy across digital and offline channels.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, retention and revenue.
Lead performance marketing across platforms and continuously optimise channel mix and spends.
Work closely with brand, product, merchandising, creative and business teams to identify growth opportunities.
Build a strong understanding of customer cohorts, journeys and behaviour through data and experimentation.
Drive growth experiments, A/B testing and new channel initiatives.
Build dashboards and frameworks to track growth performance and identify opportunities.




Manage and develop external agencies and internal growth teams as required.
Partner closely with the leadership team on business planning, growth targets and unit economics.
What We're Looking For
6–10 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, consumer internet, D2C or omnichannel businesses.
Strong understanding of digital acquisition and consumer growth levers.
Demonstrated experience of scaling a business/product through data-led growth.
Strong analytical orientation with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
Solid commercial orientation and understanding of P&L; and unit economics.
Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth consumer business is preferred.
Ideal Profile
Someone who is hands-on, data-driven and entrepreneurial , with the ability to move between strategy and execution and take end-to-end ownership of growth.
