We are looking for experienced SAP BIB & HR ABAP professionals to join our team.

Locations: Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Chennai | Pune
Experience: 5–10 Years
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Work Mode: Hybrid

BIB-related BADIs
HR Mini Master IDocs
IDoc-based HR data integration
Custom BADIs for IDoc transfer between S/4HANA & ECC
ABAP development, debugging & production support
ABAP on Cloud concepts – RAP / Steampunk
SAP HR Technical AMS / Production Support
️ Key Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot BIB scenarios for HR master and organizational data replication.
Monitor and maintain BADIs related to BIB and resolve production integration issues.
Troubleshoot HR Mini Master IDocs , including PA/OM segment processing errors.




Support IDoc-based data transfer between SAP S/4HANA and ECC .
Debug and optimize ABAP programs, enhancements and reports.
Handle production incidents within agreed SLA timelines .
Work closely with HR Functional, Basis and cross-functional teams for RCA and resolution.
Support AMS activities covering incident, problem and change management.
Experience with SAP CPI / PI/PO for HR integration is an added advantage.
