Data Scientist – Generative AI & Machine Learning Trainer | HCLTech

Experience: 5 to 8 Years (2 to 5 years in Generative AI & LLMs)
HCLTech is looking for a passionate and experienced Data Scientist – Generative AI & Machine Learning Trainer to design, develop, and deliver advanced AI and Machine Learning learning solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning who enjoy mentoring and enabling technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design and develop machine learning pipelines covering data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
✅ Deliver training programs and practical workshops on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Large Language Models, and Generative AI.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop AI-driven solutions.
✅ Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to generate actionable business insights.
✅ Explore and implement cutting-edge techniques in NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.




✅ Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and industry best practices.
✅ Mentor and coach learners and junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
✅ Contribute to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and technical excellence.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Large Language Models, and Generative AI .
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras , or similar frameworks.
Proficiency in Python, R, or Java .
Solid understanding of Statistics, Probability, and Mathematical Optimization .
Experience developing and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
Robust communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
5 to 8 years of overall experience, including 2 to 5 years working with LLMs and Generative AI technologies .
