Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. You've worked at an Indian SaaS company with real compliance exposure, 3–6 years.

Uptime and on-call

MDM on every company device

API key and secret rotation

HIPAA-adjacent controls for HealOS
What You Won't Own ●

Application code
●

Product security decisions (you advise, you don't decide)
How We'll Measure Success Uptime per product, and open security findings past SLA.
How We'll Evaluate You Walk us through the last outage you handled — detection, diagnosis, fix, and what you changed afterward.
