About the Role
We are seeking a talented

Revenue Analyst

to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in energetic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies for a growing portfolio of U.S.-based properties. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools to drive occupancy, increase profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Design and manage data-driven pricing strategies using tools like

KeyData, PriceLabs , and other dynamic pricing platforms.
Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to optimize

RevPAR, ADR, occupancy , and overall revenue.
Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform pricing and revenue decisions.
Develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities, improvement areas, and upsell potential.
Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and cross-functional teams to enhance property performance and alignment.
Present clear, data-backed recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders.
Leverage AI/ML tools and automation to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
Take ownership of ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and strategic projects as needed.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics,



Computer Science, Business Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum

3 years of hands-on experience

in Revenue Management, Revenue Analytics, Pricing, or Data Analytics.
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Experience with

KeyData, PriceLabs , or equivalent dynamic pricing tools is preferred.
Proficiency in

SQL

and

Python

for data cleaning, transformation, automation, and analysis.
Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as

Power BI, Tableau , or similar platforms.
Familiarity with forecasting techniques, statistical modeling, and revenue optimization.
Comfortable working U.S. business hours and collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
