About the Role CYURÆ is looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible HR Executive / HR Associate to support recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR operations, and day-to-day people processes.
This role is suitable for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who want to build their career in HR while working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Significant Practical knowledge of Zoho is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Support offer, joining, and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee documents and HR records.
Assist with attendance, leave, employee data, and HR coordination.
Support employee engagement and internal activities.
Help maintain HR reports and basic dashboards.
Coordinate with employees for day-to-day HR queries and documentation.

Who Can Apply Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations .
Freshers can apply only if they have practical exposure to Zoho through internship, previous work, projects, or hands-on usage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and video calls.
Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Willing to work full-time from our Gurugram office .

BBA
B.Com
MBA / PGDM in HR

Any graduate with relevant HR exposure
