Role – Sr Automation Testing

Skillset: Selenium + API automation
Location : Gurugram / Noida (We are looking for Noida location as well).

Shift Timing s: 2pm -11pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive automation lead with 6-12 years of experience in software testing, including leadership in test strategy, automation, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products through advanced testing techniques, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibili ties:
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software sys
tems.Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.
Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.




Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applic able.

Required S kills:
6-16 years of experience in software automation testing, with a strong experience in Rest Assured with Java.
Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium(java), or similar.
Robust knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java preferable).
Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc.,
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifi cations:
ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
