HR OPERATIONS
TYPE OF POSITION

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
This role is responsible for supporting HR IT Operations by managing and enhancing HRMS processes, developing Amplify scripts , analysing system data, and resolving day-to-day HRMS queries. The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and configure custom workflows , forms, and process automation within the HRMS platform.
The role also involves providing functional support and basic training to stakeholders on HRMS modules, ensuring effective system adoption and user experience. Additionally, the position requires a foundational understanding of Python scripting to support automation, Integratuon and Amplify scripting.
Educational
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM or equivalent
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business/ Financials
Support and maintain HR IT Operations and HRMS applications.
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Amplify scripts.
Analyse HRMS data and generate reports as required.
Resolve daily HRMS user queries and system-related issues.
Create and configure custom workflows based on business requirements.
Conduct basic user training and knowledge-sharing sessions on HRMS modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
Possess a basic understanding of Python scripts and automation concepts.
Customer (Both Internal & External)
Support any query raised form stakeholders related to new changes
Support closure of HR system queries within TAT
Training regional and corporate teams for the changes and monitoring adoption.
Internal process
Document any changes, updates or new feature rolled out and maintaining the version documents
Regular sanity checks to ensure higher efficiency of the HR systems
Innovation & Learning
Develop, maintain and perform operational procedures and ensure operational tasks are performed reliably and consistently to reduce the risk of unplanned outages.
Find opportunities to co-operate with internal and external parties to improve outcomes for customers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Experience Range (Years and Core Experience Type)
3-6 Years of HRMS Techno functional support role
Certifications
Any recognised HRMS Certification , preferably Darwinbox HRMS Certification .
Basic certification or training in API Integrations , SQL, Workflow Automation, or HR Technology Platforms.
Functional Skills
Amplify scripting experience.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Workflow configuration and process automation.

Excellent HRMS application knowledge (Super admin user)
Behavioral Skills
