Program Manager / Project Manager Vehicle Domain or Car Flow · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline with Minimum 10 years of progressive experience leading enterprise vehicle domain IT projects, PMO functions, or digital transformation programs
· PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
· Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-country technology portfolios.
· Strong experience delivering SAP-enabled business transformation projects, particularly within SCM, SD, MM Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domains.
· Demonstrated success in stakeholder management at senior leadership and executive levels. Experience managing outsourced vendors, global delivery teams, and system integration partners.
· You will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the successful delivery of strategic vehicle programs across the India ASEAN Pacific (IAP) region.
· You will be responsible for shaping the regional project portfolio, ensuring governance excellence, enabling digital transformation, and delivering measurable business value.
· Own the regional ICT program/project portfolio and ensure successful delivery through entire implementation and value realization.
· Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by translating business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
· Drive a high-performance project management culture through governance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Lead multiple strategic programs simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality,



budget control, and delivery timelines.
· Understand Stellantis vehicle Launch milestone concepts, process and methodology
· Build robust relationships with executive leadership, regional business teams, global ICT organizations, suppliers, and external partners.
· Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, transparency, and execution excellence.
· Ensure every project delivers measurable business outcomes rather than simply meeting technical milestones.
· Lead project prioritization based on strategic value, business impact, investment requirements, resource availability, and organizational objectives.
· Conduct project pre-studies, feasibility assessments, solution evaluations, and business case development.
· Partner with senior business leaders to define ICT system roadmaps aligned with global architects.
· Lead cross-functional programs involving multiple business units, vendors, and global delivery teams.
· Act as Program Manager or Project Manager for strategic vehicle launches.
· Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies.
· Drive effective planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using industry best practices.




· Establish delivery standards that improve project predictability and execution maturity.
· Champion agile ways of working while maintaining governance discipline.
· Ensure adherence to Stellantis project management methodologies, governance gates, quality standards, cybersecurity policies, and compliance requirements.
· Conduct portfolio health reviews and project governance audits.
· Lead executive steering committee meetings and governance reviews.
· Develop project management standards, templates, methodologies, and best practices.
· Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
· Lead and continuously enhance the regional Project Management Office (PMO).
· Own project financial governance across the regional portfolio.
· Prepare and secure project investment approvals through robust business cases and ROI analysis.
· Manage project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reporting.
· Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions where required.
· Ensure optimal utilization of project investments while maximizing business value.
· Should be 95% on-time project delivery, budget variance maintained within approved tolerance
· Successful realization of planned business benefits and ROI and executive stakeholder satisfaction
· Governance and audit compliance, reduction in project delivery risks and escalations
· Improved portfolio visibility and reporting quality and increased digital transformation adoption across the region.
