Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Requirements Gathering
Partner with clients to understand their business processes, financial operations, and existing technology landscape.
Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements to design and implement ERP solutions aligned with customer needs.
ERP Implementation & Configuration
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including solution configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Configure financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Payments, and Financial Reporting.
Coordinate system integrations with third-party applications and ensure successful implementation outcomes.
Business Process Transformation
Analyze existing financial and operational processes and recommend best-practice ERP configurations to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting.
Support clients in adopting standardized business processes and optimizing system utilization.
Product Expertise & Client Enablement
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Deliver functional training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users and client stakeholders.
Provide guidance on system capabilities, reporting, and process optimization while resolving functional issues during implementation.
Multi-Entity Accounting
Configure ERP solutions to support organizations with multiple legal entities, business units, or subsidiaries.
Ensure accurate financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance across entities.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Issue Resolution
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Project Management to resolve implementation challenges.




Act as the primary point of contact for implementation-related activities and ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
Solution Optimization & Best Practices
Recommend industry best practices for ERP adoption and financial process improvement.
Customize system configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet client-specific business requirements.
Continuous Improvement
Capture customer feedback and implementation insights to support continuous enhancement of implementation methodologies and product capabilities.
Contribute to process improvements, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and implementation documentation.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and financial business processes.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, payroll, and taxation.
Experience with ERP configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and user training.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.

Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, financial software implementation, or consulting.
2–3 years of client-facing experience implementing ERP or enterprise financial management solutions.
Mandatory QuickBooks experience.
Solid experience implementing ERP solutions with exposure to financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Payments.
Experience in finance transformation, finance consulting, or ERP implementation projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects and customer engagements simultaneously.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business users.
Experience working with ERP configuration, data migration, system integrations, and user adoption is preferred.

Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounts, Finance, or related fields.
