About the Role
TSP Select is actively hiring a Business Development Manager with experience in generating US RPO opportunities and building long-term client partnerships.
The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying new RPO opportunities, initiating client discussions, closing deals, and driving revenue growth in the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Generate recent US RPO opportunities.
✔ Identify and approach decision-makers within US organizations.
✔ Build and manage a healthy pipeline of RPO prospects.
✔ Conduct client presentations and commercial negotiations.
✔ Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery.




✔ Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
✔ Develop long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
✔ Support business expansion initiatives within the US staffing ecosystem.
Required Skills
✔ Experience in US Staffing or RPO Business Development.
✔ Strong understanding of recruitment outsourcing models.
✔ Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
✔ Experience handling US-based clients.
✔ Strong negotiation and business closing capabilities.
✔ Revenue-driven and target-oriented approach.
