Job Title: Tele Calling Executive (Freshers)

Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

Salary : INR 15,000/- to INR 30,000/-

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international clients.
- Communicate professionally in English with customers from different countries.
- Understand client concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Record client interactions and update information in the CRM/system.
- Follow company policies, call quality standards, and performance
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude throughout client interactions.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.




- Previous international voice process or BPO experience is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates from Manipur or other North Eastern states are preferable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Confident, polite, and client-focused personality.
- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiner required
- BA / MA in English preferable

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
