Job Title : Academic Consultant

Location: Thiruvananthapuram . Working Hours : 9.30am to 5.30pm

Work days : Mon - Sat , Freshers and Experienced can apply

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Consultants to join our team. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Education industry are preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Understand students' educational requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Stay updated on course offerings, market trends, and competitors.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the EdTech industry preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and counseling can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
