Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in gold appraisal and customer handling for a leading gold loan organization. The candidate will be responsible for gold valuation, customer relationship management, loan processing, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate gold appraisal, valuation, and ornament checking
- Ensure proper stone deduction and avoid unacceptable/spurious ornaments
- Follow company policies, KYC norms, and operational procedures
- Verify customer KYC documents and complete online registration
- Coordinate with managers and stakeholders for loan approval processes
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships for renewal and referral business
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service during loan processing
- Generate new customer leads through field activities and local market outreach




- Participate in business development activities to improve brand visibility in assigned catchment areas

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- 1–2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking, and Handling
- Candidates should be up to 30 years of age
- Good communication skills in the local language and basic English
- Two-wheeler and valid Driving License are mandatory (LLR also applicable)
