Job Overview:
We are hiring Factory Helpers to support daily operations in our FMCG/Ayurvedic manufacturing unit. Candidates should be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work in a production workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production and packaging activities
- Handle raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the factory
- Support machine operators and supervisors
- Follow safety and quality guidelines
- Load and unload materials when required
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
- Basic understanding of factory work (FMCG/Ayurvedic preferred)
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Discipline and teamwork skills
Qualification:
- Minimum 8th / 10th pass
Salary:
- As per company standards
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
