We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills along with experience in Agile methodologies and business analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and process flow documents
- Coordinate with development, QA, and project management teams
- Conduct requirement analysis and gap analysis
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and provide suitable solutions
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate project deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and functional specifications
- Ensure timely communication between technical and business teams
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of tools like:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Visio
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or BA certifications will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
